These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Rakis Productions LLC for Rakis Productions event entertainment, photo booth, lighting, and planning services.

Program Description

When you submit the DJ Event Planner inquiry form at https://rakisproductions.com/contact-us/ and check the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from Rakis Productions LLC about your event inquiry, availability, quotes, booking, contract reminders, planning reminders, client portal updates, payment reminders, appointment updates, and related service information.

Consent

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. The SMS consent checkbox on the DJ Event Planner inquiry form is separate from any privacy policy, terms, or service agreement.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, booking status, event date, and planning activity.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
